New Release “RIDE OUT THE STORM” Coming Soon

“RIDE OUT THE STORM”  Kaz Murphy‘s latest endeavor, recorded live in March at The Zone in Dripping Springs, Texas.  Flanked by producer, multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Scrappy Jud Newcomb, engineer and drummer Pat Manske, long-time cohort and band member Jon Notarthomas on guitars, bass and vocals and some sweet back ups by Penny Jo Pullus, his eleven originals drip with sweet and painful hooks and lyrics, a fresh take on the traditions of bluegrass, folk and Country-Western songwriting, with Kaz’s storytelling edge and distinct voice. Top-notch production, first-take musical performances and warm analog renderings. ride-out-the-storm
